   Returns & Exchanges

Here at Fusion, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Below are our guidelines for returns and exchanges.

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or returns for buyers remorse, or if the product doesn’t fit (void if the size is different to what you ordered). We do offer returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. Please note FUSION reserves the right to cancel any order or product claim that it deems fraudulent.

In the rare instance that something does go wrong, rest assured we have your back. Within four weeks of payment, simply send us an e-mail with any issues you're facing with our product, and we will respond promptly and accordingly to help resolve the issue. Attaching images of your issue will also help to expedite the process.

Shipping:

FUSION works with reliable couriers and postal services worldwide to ensure a smooth delivery. Please allow a 2 business day time period to process your order, as well as a 7-10* day manufacturing and shipping time period. On the day of packaging, you will receive an email containing a tracking number which can be used to check the progress of your delivery. Please note tracking numbers do take time to update, so do not worry if you can’t immediately see data. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please email [email protected], and we will investigate. For international orders, please allow at least 21 days from the time of purchase before enquiring.

We are not liable for an incorrect address being entered. We will do our best to change the address if the issue is raised before the item is sent. After this stage, we will still contact the shipping company, but is out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any loss that occurs. IMPORTANT For the below countries, we are unable to deliver any parcels as Australia Post has ceased all operations at this time due to Covid-19.
